Equipment & Studio Tools

Bloomwell Studios provides professional lighting equipment and studio tools to support a variety of shooting styles. Equipment is available for use during your rental and may be used at your own discretion.

The studio includes:

  • Studio lighting and modifiers (triggers found in the white closet near alarm)

  • Backdrops and stands (near alarm - fabric in the cabinet - seamless next to)

  • Natural light options throughout the space

While equipment is provided, photographers are responsible for using all gear safely and properly. If you prefer to bring your own equipment, you’re more than welcome to do so.

Newborn Props & Essentials

Bloomwell Studios offers a curated collection of newborn photography essentials available for use during your rental. These items are chosen with safety, versatility, and timeless styling in mind.

You’ll have access to the additional collection:

  • A variety of newborn wraps and neutral fabrics (color coordinated in white cubicle)

  • Simple, classic posing props

  • Baskets, bowls, and small-scale props suitable for newborn sessions

  • Styling pieces that work beautifully for both posed and lifestyle newborn imagery

All newborn items are available to use at your own discretion. We kindly ask that all props are handled with care and returned to their original place after your session.

Cake Smash Props & Setup Essentials

For cake smash sessions, the studio is stocked with the basics you need to create a fun and seamless experience for your clients.

Available items include:

  • Cake smash chairs and seating options

  • Neutral and versatile styling pieces

  • Space to set up themed or minimal backdrops (Poly backdrops in white bin/fabric backdrops in clear containers. Black backdrop stand works best for poly paper backdrops - clips are available)

  • Room for easy cleanup and transitions

  • White Cake Stand

Photographers are welcome to bring their own specialty décor or cakes to personalize each session while utilizing the studio’s foundational setup.
