Terms & Conditions
1. Studio Use
Studio rentals are available by appointment only.
Booked time includes setup and breakdown—please schedule accordingly.
The studio must be used for lawful purposes only (e.g., photography, videography, or creative projects).
2. Prohibited Activities
To ensure the safety of all clients and the integrity of our space:
No nudity, smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are permitted.
No glitter, confetti, powders, or messy food items unless approved in advance.
Maximum capacity is 10 people in the studio at one time.
3. Equipment & Props
Certain equipment and props are included in your rental. Specialty or premium items may require an additional fee.
All items must be handled with care. Any damage or excessive cleaning fees will be the responsibility of the renter.
4. Booking & Payment
All bookings must be paid in full at the time of reservation.
Cancellations with 48 hours’ notice or more may be rescheduled without penalty.
Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable.
5. Liability & Insurance
Renters are responsible for their own equipment, belongings, and clients. Bloomwell Studios is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged property.
Renters assume all responsibility for injury or accidents occurring during their rental time.
6. Cleaning & Studio Care
Please return the studio to its original condition.
Trash must be removed from the premise by renter.
Additional cleaning fees may be charged if the space is left in poor condition.
7. Rights & Photography
Renters retain full rights to their own photographs and content.
Bloomwell Studios may request permission to share behind-the-scenes photos for promotional use, but this is optional and requires your consent.
8. Agreement
By booking with Bloomwell Studios, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
